Work has now commenced on site for the development of a new Lidl store which will act as a catalyst for the regeneration of Alexandria Town Centre. The initial phase includes the Lidl store and associated infrastructure with phase 2 currently under consideration.

Co-ordination of a mixed-use masterplan for Bowling Basin, West Dunbartonshire on behalf of Scottish Canals. The masterplan includes the restoration of heritage assets, woodland regeneration, leisure uses and an eco village. The project is being taken forward on a phased basis including the restoration of the historic railway arches to create commercial opportunities, plus the completion of the stunning Bowline where the former railway swing bridge has been transformed into a beautifully landscaped cycle pathway and public realm space.
