Kingsmead were appointed by the Co-op to redevelop their existing store in Kemnay, Aberdeenshire. The 6,039 sq ft store maximises the tight site by locating the back of house facilities at first floor thereby freeing up the ground floor for retail sales.
South Beach, Blyth
Kingsmead is working in partnership with Northumberland based Blagdon Estate to deliver an exciting mixed retail and leisure scheme at South Beach in Blyth. Construction of the first phase is nearing completion and comprises 11,700 sq ft retail anchored by Co-op Food and 4,350 sq ft first floor leisure with completion in February 2023.
